In my year long break from blogging, I certainly spent a whole lot of time searching for THE BOOK. I'm sure you all know what I mean. I mean the book that literally makes you laugh out loud, and tear up, the book that will not leave your mind no matter how many books you read afterwards. And friends, I think I have found it (at least for the time being). Keep in mind that I am calling this post my best READ of 2020, not BOOK, because I am aware that this book was published in 2019. What can I say, I am a little late to the party of critical acclaim that this book seemed to have garnered!

Review:
Firstly, I should say I'm the biggest Fleetwood Mac fan EVER. Countless times during reading I felt as if it were inspired by the urban legend that was the Rumors album. I felt like this book was brilliant, both in format and story. The interview style felt personal, allowing for character depth and development, leaving the reader with a stunning sense of intimacy towards the characters. I finished this book with the deepest sense of heartache and nostalgia for the lives of each of the members of this incredible band, which speaks to the skill of Jenkins as a storyteller. (100 words)
