Hello world! Here is a few things to know about me and my blog!
  • I am 19 years old, and loving Uni life in Winnipeg, MB.
  • I study psychology with hopes of getting my PhD in clinical psych.
  • I love reading all things YA, especially scifi, fantasy and historical fiction.
  • You may see pics of my lovely partner Abe, his dog Waffles and my dog LaFonda on my blog, since I love them all equally.
  • I am a HUGE Lush fanatic. Like HUGE.
  • I love all things zero waste and eco-friendly, so who knows; you may see me write about that!
  • And lastly, this blog was a way for me to practise self-care so you will see me share some self love tips, tricks and of course: books that help ease stress!

My Favourite Read of 2020

  In my year long break from blogging, I certainly spent a whole lot of time searching for THE BOOK. I'm sure you all know what I mean. I mean the book that literally makes you laugh out loud, and tear up, the book that will not leave your mind no matter how many books you read afterwards. And friends, I think I have found it (at least for the time being). Keep in mind that I am calling this post my best READ of 2020, not BOOK, because I am aware that this book was published in 2019. What can I say, I am a little late to the party of critical acclaim that this book seemed to have garnered!
